摘　　要：在新时代的历史征程中,公安工作面临前所未有的机遇与挑战。公安机关新质战斗力的新型态,是在技术创新、机制创新、管理创新的深度融合中锻造而成。“情指行”一体化警务运行机制,具有情报引导的精准性、指挥调度的高效性、行动执行的迅捷性等显著特点,成为推动公安警务工作创新发展的强劲动力。在这一机制的引领下,公安机关新质战斗力的提升路径涵盖技术创新、机制创新、管理创新等多个维度,通过持续不断创新实践,公安警务实战工作的信息化力度、智能化水平、协同化程度及其整体效能必将实现质的飞跃,为维护国家安全和社会稳定作出新的更大的贡献。The public security work in the new era faces new challenges and opportunities.The new form of public security combat effectiveness is forged through the deep integration of technological,institutional and management innovation.The integration of“intelligence,command and action”policing operation mechanism is characterized by the precision of intelligence guidance,the efficiency of command and dispatch,and the rapidity of action execution.It is to become a powerful driving force for the innovative development of public security policing work.Under the guidance of this mechanism,the improvement path of new quality combat effectiveness of public security organs covers multiple dimensions such as technological innovation,mechanism innovation,management innovation,etc.Through continuous innovation practice,the informatization intensity,intelligence level,coordination degree and overall effectiveness of public security police actual combat work will surely achieve a qualitative leap forward.We will make new and greater contributions to safeguarding national security and social stability.
