摘　　要：检察机关与公安机关之间缺乏合理有效的配合机制,导致检察机关对公安机关缺乏有效的监督路径,运用多种方式对检警关系进行优化愈发重要。利用信息技术在公安机关与检察机关之间建立刑事案件信息实时共享办案平台,建立跨部门大数据协同办案机制,可以突破公安机关与检察机关在组织机构、诉讼结构、空间距离方面的障碍,实现检察对立案、侦查的及时、有效监督。这对强化检察机关法律监督职能、落实监督制约、克服体制障碍、密切检警关系、确保案件质量、提高诉讼效率都具有重要价值。The lack of reasonable and effective cooperation mechanism between prosecutorial and public security organs leads to the ineffective supervision of the prosecutorial organs towards public security organs,and it is increasingly important to optimize the relationship between the prosecutorial and public security organs in various ways.Establishing a real-time information sharing platform for criminal cases between prosecutorial and public security organs through information technology and setting up a cross-departmental big data collaborative case-handling mechanism can break through the barriers between prosecutorial and public security organs in terms of organizational structure,litigation structure and spatial distance,so as to achieve timely and effective supervision by prosecutorial organs over filing and investigation of cases.It is of great value to strengthen the legal supervision function of prosecutorial organs,implement supervision and restriction,overcome institutional obstacles,close the relationship between prosecutors and police,ensure the quality of cases,and improve the efficiency of litigation.
