全媒体时代公安交通管理警情通报效果评价

摘　　要：随着媒介技术的迅猛发展,媒介生态发生深刻变革,信息发布方式不断丰富。警情通报作为公安交通管理部门公开发布的权威警情信息,在维护社会安全稳定、构建和谐有序的舆论环境方面发挥着重要作用。在全媒体融合发展的关键时期,适时开展公安交通管理警情通报发布方式及内容效果评价研究十分必要。本文从全媒体环境下公安交通管理警情通报发布的特点入手,归纳总结警情通报发布的渠道方式,并对其效果进行合理评价。研究表明,全媒体时代公安交通管理警情通报的发布呈现出滚动发布警情信息、多模态警情呈现、跨平台警情互动等特性。警情通报的发布渠道由传统媒体逐渐转移到移动客户端、社交媒体平台、短视频平台,极大地扩展了信息传播的深度和广度。依据实践中的原则标准,从内容准确度、信息覆盖面、媒体报道量、受众关注度四个方面对公安交通管理警情通报进行综合评价,有助于提高警情通报的质量,为进一步提升公安交通管理警情通报传播效果打下坚实基础。With the rapid development of media technology,there have been profound changes in medium ecology,and methods of information release have been released.As authoritative police information publicly released by the public security traffic and management department,the police blotter plays an important role in maintaining social security and stability,and creating a harmonious and orderly public opinion environment.During the critical period of integrated development of omnimedia,it is necessary to conduct research on the release methods and content effectiveness evaluation of public security and traffic management police blotters promptly.This paper starts from the characteristics of the police traffic management notification release in the omnimedia environment,summarizes the channels and ways of the police information release,and evaluates its effect reasonably.It shows that the release of public security and traffic management police blotters presents the characteristics of rolling release of police blotter information,multimodal police blotter presentation,and cross-platform police blotter interaction.The channels for releasing police blotters have gradually shifted from traditional media to mobile clients,social media platforms,and short video platforms,greatly expanding the depth and breadth of information dissemination.According to the principles and standards in practice,the comprehensive evaluation of police traffic management information from four aspects:content accuracy,information coverage,media coverage and audience attention are helpful to improve the quality of police situation notification and lay a solid foundation for further enhancing the dissemination effectiveness of public security traffic management police blotters.
