公安财务管理工作现状分析与改革探究

摘　　要：公安机关在维护社会稳定和公共安全方面具有重要作用。公安财务管理工作具有高度的专业性、综合性、长期稳定的政策性,在公安内部各项建设工作中起到了关键作用。在深入剖析公安系统财务管理工作现状的基础上,发现公安财务管理工作存在预算管理不足、资产管理存在漏洞、内部控制不够完善和公安财务管理信息化不足等问题,提出了加强公安财务预算精细科学管理、强化公安资产细致化管理、强化公安内部控制建设和加强公安财务管理工作信息化建设等创新措施,以期推动公安财务工作的顺利开展,确保其有序高效进行。Public security organs play a significant role in maintaining social stability and public safety.The public security financial management has a highly professional,comprehensive,and long-term policy stability,and plays a key role in various internal construction efforts of public security.on the basis of in-depth analysis of the current situation of the financial management of the public security system,it is found that there are some problems in the financial management of the public security system,such as insufficient budget management,loopholes in asset management,imperfect internal control and insufficient informatization of the financial management of the public security system.Therefore,we put forward innovative measures such as strengthening the fine scientific management of public security financial budget,strengthening the detailed management of public security assets,strengthening the construction of internal control of public security and strengthening the information construction of public security financial management,so as to promote the smooth development of public security financial work and ensure its orderly and efficient progress.
