适合东北地区栽培的优良赤灵芝菌株筛选

摘　　要：针对吉林省栽培赤灵芝品种多样导致的品质不一问题,对收集自我国赤灵芝主产区的15株赤灵芝菌株进行了农艺性状、有效药理成分及重金属含量的评价与分析.通过栽培农艺性状评价发现22GL-13菌株具有出菇早、子实体干重大、孢子粉产量高、抗氧化活性高、多糖含量和微量元素量高等优点.22GL-13菌株为研究所筛选出的适合东北地区栽培的最优赤灵芝菌株.该研究结果将对选育优良的赤灵芝菌株、打造吉林灵芝品牌、加快吉林省农业产业结构调整、增加农民收入具有重大意义.In order to solve the problem of different quality caused by the variety of cultivated Ganoderma lingzhi in Jilin Province,the agronomic characters,effective pharmacological components and heavy metal content of 15 strains of Ganoderma lingzhi collected from the main producing areas of China were evaluated and analyzed.Through the evaluation of cultivation agronomic characters,it was found that strain 22GL-13 had the advantages of early fruiting,heavy dry weight of fruiting body,high yield of spore powder,high antioxidant activity,high polysaccharide content and trace elements content.22GL-13 strain is the best Ganoderma lingzhi strain suitable for cultivation in Northeast China.The results of this study will be of great significance for breeding excellent strains of Ganoderma lingzhi,building the brand of Ganoderma lingzhi in Jilin Province,accelerating the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Jilin Province and increasing the income of farmers.
