摘 要:针对随机性和模糊性参数并存的四级制药供应链网络设计问题,构建了一个多目标优化模型.在模型中,需求量和安全库存水平作为随机参数,运输成本、制造成本及生产能力被视为模糊参数.采用Me度量方法处理模糊参数,引入惩罚函数以控制违反模糊约束的风险,并结合随机约束规划方法,将模型转化为确定性多目标鲁棒优化模型,最后设计了模糊目标规划方法求解该模型.算例分析表明,随着悲观参数和最小满意度的增加,供应链总成本和最大未满足需求量均呈上升趋势,为制药供应链网络设计提供了决策支持.This study investigates the design problem of a four-level pharmaceutical supply chain network characterized by the coexistence of randomness and fuzziness.A model incorporating various uncertainty parameters is constructed,and a robust planning method based on the Me-metric is proposed to address this model.Subsequently,a fuzzy goal programming approach is designed to solve the transformed multiobjective robust optimization model.This method not only effectively overcomes the shortcomings of traditional measurement methods but also allows decision-makers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the dynamic changes in the plan by adjusting the optimism-pessimism parameters and the minimum satisfaction level,thereby enabling the selection of the optimal decision-making scheme.Furthermore,through case analysis,the study also explores the relationship between the objective function and the optimism-pessimism parameters,as well as the minimum satisfaction level,providing valuable reference information for decision-makers.
