摘  要:对白芨假鳞茎进行醇提液制备,再利用大孔吸附树脂进行分离纯化,通过液相色谱技术对其化学成分进行测定.结果表明:白芨中含有丰富的化学成分,包括多糖类、有机酸类、苷类、生物碱类、酯类、氨基酸类、核苷类、糠醛类、鞘脂类、醛类、黄酮类、异黄酮类、二萜内酯类、脂肪酸类、酚酸类和香豆素类等46种化学成分.其中蔗糖含量占比最高为40.463%;其次为有机酸类物质,L-(-)-苹果酸占比达到15.983%;苷类化合物中水杨苷达到9.879%;其余物质中甲氧基香豆素占比0.026%、盐酸胡芦巴碱占比4.776%、黄豆黄素占比0.069%、异鼠李素占比0.054%、表儿茶素含量最少为0.009%.研究结果可为白芨化学成分和药理作用的研究提供理论基础.In this study,the pseudobulbs of Bletilla striata were subjected to ethanolic extraction,followed by separation and purification using macroporous adsorptive resins.The active components were then determined through liquid chromatography techniques.The results indicated that Bletilla striata is rich in a variety of chemical components,including 46 types such as polysaccharides,organic acids,glycosides,alkaloids,esters,amino acids,nucleosides,furfurals,sphingolipids,aldehydes,flavonoids,isoflavonoids,diterpene lactones,fatty acids,phenolic acids,and coumarins.Among these,sucrose had the highest proportion,accounting for 40.463%,followed by organic acids,with L-(-)-malic acid accounting for 15.983%,within the glycosides,salicin reached 9.870%.The proportions of other compounds were as follows:methoxycoumarin at 0.026%,trigonelline hydrochloride at 4.776%,glycitein at 0.069%,isorhamnetin at 0.054%,and epicatechin with the lowest content at 0.009%.The findings of this study provide a theoretical basis for future research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Bletilla striata.
