摘　　要：在“双减”政策影响下儿童青少年体育培训产业发展的机遇与挑战并存.机遇体现在“健康第一”的教育理念深入推进、学校课后服务水平提升、学科类培训受限、课后延时服务和监管有效加强、配套治理增强等方面.挑战呈现出学校层面,体育师资相对短缺与有效匹配不足并存;家庭层面,教育内卷与升学压力并存;社会层面,社会体育俱乐部发展不平衡、不充分、不规范并存;个人层面,学生体质健康状况堪忧与学生个性化需求差异并存.基于此,提出政策层面,深化“双减”政策在非学科类培训活动中的落实;监管层面,强化儿童青少年体育培训行业监管;技术层面,构建以“学—测—练—考”为核心课程体系的体育培训闭环;产业层面,提升儿童青少年体育培训产业在体育产业发展中的地位;市场层面,培育儿童青少年体育培训企业市场主体;企业层面,发展差异化儿童青少年体育培训企业等策略.Under the influence of"Double Reduction"policy,the opportunities and challenges coexist in the development of children's and teenagers'sports training industry.The opportunities are reflected in the in-depth promotion of the educational concept of"health first",the improvement of after-school service level,the limitation of subject training,after-school delayed service,the effective strengthening of supervision,the enhancement of supporting governance,etc.The challenge shows that at the school level,the relative lack of physical education teachers coexists with the lack of effective matching;at the family level,the pressure of education and entering a higher school coexist;at the social level,the development of social sports clubs is unbalanced,insufficient and nonstandard;at the individual level,students'physical health is worrying,and there are differences in students'personalized needs.Based on this,the relevant strategies are put forward as follows:at the policy level,deepening the implementation of"Double Reduction"policy in non-disciplinary training activities;at the regulatory level,strengthening the supervision of children's and teenagers'sports training industry;at the technical level,building a closed-loop physical education training system with"learning-test-practice-examine"as the core curriculum system;at the industrial level,improving the position of children and teenagers'sports training industry in the development of sports industry;at the market level,cultivating the market players of children and teenagers'sports training enterprises;at the enterprise level,developing a differentiated sports training enterprise for children and teenagers.
