摘 要:为实现耐张线夹铝绞线压接缺陷的快速检测,提出基于超声脉冲反射法检测线夹压接缺陷的方法。首先根据超声脉冲反射法的原理,结合压接后NY-630/45型耐张线夹内部结构,从理论分析超声检测耐张线夹压接缺陷的可行性;随后建立压接合格、欠压以及铝线安装深度不足线夹的二维截面有限元仿真模型,研究超声波在不同压接缺陷中的传播规律;制备压接缺陷试样,探究不同检测面对检测结果的影响,最后验证基于超声脉冲反射法检测NY-630/45型耐张线夹压接缺陷的可行性。仿真和试验结果表明,超声检测方法可以准确判断耐张线夹压接缺陷。该技术可为现场耐张线夹压接缺陷的检测以及识别提供思路,具有重要参考价值。In order to realize the rapid detection of crimping defects of aluminum cable steel reinforced in tension clamp,a method based on ultrasonic pulse reflection method is proposed to detect crimping defects of wire clamps.Firstly,according to the principle of ultrasonic pulse reflection method,combined with the internal structure of NY-630/45 tension clamp after crimping,the feasibility of ultrasonic detection of crimping defects was theoretically analyzed.The two-dimensional cross-section finite element simulation model of the clamp with underpressure and insufficient installation depth of aluminum wire is used to study the propagation law of ultrasonic waves in different crimping defects.The samples with crimping defects were prepared,and the influence of different detection faces on the detection results was explored.Finally,the feasibility of detecting the crimping defects of NY-630/45 tension clamp based on ultrasonic pulse reflection method was verified.The simulation and experimental results show that the ultrasonic testing method can accurately determine the defects of tension clamp.This technology provides an idea for the detection and identification of the crimping defects of the tension clamp,and has important reference value.
