摘 要:在数字经济的大潮中,企业为了紧跟市场脉搏、塑造独特的市场定位、实现可持续的经济回报和构建稳固的战略壁垒,通过深度重构或优化其商业运作的核心理念、运营模式、价值生成、流通及捕获机制,进而革新或升级既有的商业模式,旨在提供前所未有的或更加卓越的产品与服务体验。数字经济背景下,企业商业模式创新的影响因素涵盖了企业内外部的各个方面。市场需求与消费者行为、科技进步与创新是主要的外部驱动因素,而企业文化和组织结构、领导层决策与承诺是企业内部商业模式创新的重要因素。这些内外部因素共同作用,形成合力,企业才能有效应对数字经济挑战,实现商业模式的成功转型与创新发展。In the tide of the digital economy,in order to keep up with the pulse of the market,shape unique market positioning,achieve sustainable economic returns,and build solid strategic barriers,enterprises can deeply reconstruct or optimize the core concepts,operating models,value generation,circulation,and capture mechanisms of their business operations,innovate or upgrade their existing business models,aiming to provide unprecedented or more outstanding product and service experiences.In the context of the digital economy,the influencing factors of enterprise business model innovation cover various aspects inside and outside the enterprise.Market demand,consumer behavior,technological progress,and innovation are the main external driving factors for enterprises,while corporate culture,organizational structure,and leadership decisions and commitments are important factors for internal business model innovation.These internal and external factors should work together to form a synergy,enabling enterprises to effectively respond to the challenges of the digital economy and achieve successful transformation and innovative development of their business models.
