摘　　要：在产教融合的大背景下,切实提升高职院校人才培养质量,确保其综合能力与地方产业发展需求相匹配,已成为职业教育领域亟待解决的重要课题。而体制机制的制约、教学实践资源的不足以及校企合作缺乏深度等原因,影响了产教融合的成效与品质。因此,要深化产教融合模式创新,加强实践教学体系建设,优化课程体系和教学内容,提升师资队伍素质。同时通过加强政策支持、资金投入、建立质量评价与反馈机制、提升社会参与和国际合作等保障措施,以更好地满足地方经济发展对高素质技能型人才的迫切需求。In the context of the integration of industry and education,effectively improving the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges and ensuring that their comprehensive abilities match the needs of local industrial development have become an important issue that urgently needs to be addressed in the field of vocational education.The constraints of institutional mechanisms,insufficient teaching practice resources,and lack of depth in school-enterprise cooperation have affected the effectiveness and quality of industry-education integration.Therefore,it is necessary to deepen the innovation of the integration mode,strengthen the construction of practical teaching system,optimize the curriculum system and teaching content,and enhance the quality of the teaching staff.At the same time,by strengthening policy support,funding investment,establishing quality evaluation and feedback mechanisms,enhancing social participation and international cooperation and other safeguard measures,we can better meet the urgent demand for high-quality skilled talents in local economic development.
