摘 要:基于风险的检验(Risk-Based Inspection,RBI)技术广泛应用于国内炼油化工成套装置的定期检验工作,通过损伤模式识别、风险排序和按风险水平实施检验策略,优化了检验资源,提高了缺陷检出率,提升了装置运行可靠性。减薄失效可能性计算是RBI定量评估软件开发的关键部分,国内外存在多种计算方法,但国内缺少对这些方法的比较研究。本文结合重大设备动态风险评估软件的开发工作,对API 581、GB/T 26610.4—2022中减薄失效可能性计算方法进行介绍和比较研究,为国内RBI减薄失效可能性计算的方法选取提供参考。Risked-Based Inspection(RBI)technology has been widely applied to periodic inspection of domestic petrochemical process equipment.By means of RBI’s identification of failure mode,importance sort of equipment’s risk and implement of inspection method based on risk level,inspection recourse had been optimized,detectable rate of flaw had been increased,reliability of equipment running had been improved.Probability calculation of thinning failure is important part of software development of quantitative evaluation of RBI.There are plenty of calculation method about this,but comparison research had never done in China.Based on software development of major equipment dynamics risk evaluation,introduction and comparison research of thinning failure probability calculation method in API 581 and GB/T 26610.4—2022 had been done.The selection of calculation method of thinning failure probability of demotic RBI can be referred to this article.
