摘 要:本文针对超声干耦合检测的固体耦合材料展开研究。在干耦合检测中,应当选择声衰减系数小、具备一定的机械性能且与被检工件阻抗匹配的固体耦合材料。本文通过实验对比得出,以质量分数4%的白炭黑为固体填料粉末,其与硅橡胶液体基料充分混合制成的复合填充材料声学性能最好。以研制的复合填充材料制成干耦合探头轮,对阶梯板的不同厚度进行厚度检测,实验表明基于此类固体耦合材料的干耦合检测满足检测要求。This article focuses on the study of solid coupling materials for ultrasonic dry coupling detection.Ultrasonic dry coupling detection requires a small sound attenuation coefficient and coupling materials that match the impedance of the tested workpiece,as well as solid coupling materials with certain mechanical properties.This study compared and analyzed through experiments that a composite filling material made of solid filler powder with 4%mass fraction of white carbon black,which was fully mixed with silicone rubber liquid matrix,had the best acoustic performance.A dry coupling probe wheel was made using a developed composite filling material to detect the thickness of different stepped plates.The experiment shows that the dry coupling detection based on this type of solid coupling material meets the detection requirements.
