摘  要:振动测量与分析是进行电梯异常诊断和舒适度评价的重要手段。介绍了Hilbert-Huang变换(Hilbert-Huang Transform,HHT)计算方法、振动测量仪器原理、测量模块校准方法和电梯振动信号采集方法。对一台曳引电梯周期性连续振动、周期性冲击振动、最大振动峰峰值进行了HHT时频分析。结果表明,分析固有模态函数(Intrinsic Mode Function,IMF)可直观识别不同频率下振动加速度随时间变化特征,通过Hilbert谱可快速获取振动信号的瞬时频率信息,实现了电梯振动源和隐患位置的HHT快速识别。Vibration measurement and analysis are important means for diagnosing elevator abnormalities and evaluating comfort levels.The Hilbert Huang Transform(HHT)calculation method was introduced.The principles of elevator vibration measurement instruments,calibration methods for measurement modules,and elevator vibration signal acquisition methods were proposed.With the time-frequency analysis method of HHT,the periodic continuous vibration,periodic impact vibration,and maximum peak to peak vibration of a traction elevator were analyzed.The results indicate that by analyzing the Intrinsic Mode Function(IMF),the time-varying characteristics of vibration acceleration at different frequencies can be intuitively identified.In addition,by analyzing the Hilbert spectrum,the instantaneous frequency information of the vibration signal can be quickly obtained.The vibration sources and hidden danger locations in elevators can be quickly identified.
