摘　　要：钢丝绳作为起重机械、客运索道、矿井提升机等大型设备关键承载构件,在工业领域广泛应用,其损伤检测对保障作业安全至关重要。为了全面检测评估钢丝绳的性能,本文设计了一种具有可调速功能的钢丝绳检测试验台,通过电机驱动滑轮带动钢丝绳运转模拟实际工况下钢丝绳的运行条件,并对其张紧度进行精确调节,速度调节范围为0~10 m/s,速度控制精度为0.05 m/s,检测绳径范围为8~38 mm,能够满足不同规格钢丝绳损伤检测试验的需求,具有良好的应用前景。As the key bearing component of large equipment such as crane,passenger ropeway and mine hoist,the steel wire ropes are widely used in the industrial field.Its damage detection is very important to ensure the safety of operation.In order to comprehensively test and evaluate the performance of steel wire rope,the steel wire rope test bench with adjustable speed function is designed in this paper.The pulley driven by the motor is used to drive the wire rope to simulate the actual operating conditions of the wire rope,and the tension is accurately adjusted.The speed adjustment range is 0~10 m/s,the speed control accuracy is 0.05 m/s,and the detection rope diameter range is 8~38 mm.It can meet the needs of different specifications of steel wire rope damage detection test,and has a good application prospect.
