摘　　要：在以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的关键时期,面对时代发展新趋势、实践工作新要求、人民群众新期待、重大风险新挑战,必须高擎改革旗帜,坚定不移将改革开放向纵深推进。在这一过程中应当高度警惕阻碍改革进程的“改革西化论”“改革倒退论”“改革顶峰论”“改革维持论”等错误主张,从这些主张的本质和危害出发辩驳错误观点,确保改革始终沿着正确的政治方向前进。同时,着眼解决新时代改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的实际问题,锚定战略导向、把握本质需求、遵循原则方法、落实实践部署,朝着全面深化改革总目标聚焦发力,将党的二十届三中全会规划的宏伟蓝图变为美好现实。At the critical juncture of comprehensively advancing the cause of building a strong country and national rejuvenation through Chinese-style modernization,in the face of new trends in the times,new requirements in practical work,new expectations of the people and new challenges of major risks,it is necessary to hold high the banner of reform and unswervingly deepen reform and opening up.In this process,we must be highly vigilant against erroneous claims such as“reform Westernization theory”,“reform regression theory”,“reform peak theory”and“reform maintenance theory”that hinder the reform process.We should refute these erroneous views based on their essence and harm to ensure that reform always proceeds in the correct political direction.At the same time,focusing on solving the practical problems of reform and opening up and socialist modernization in the new era,we should anchor the strategic orientation,grasp the essential demands,adhere to the principles and methods,and implement practical deployments,concentrating efforts on the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform and turn the grand blueprint planned by the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China into a beautiful reality.
