新时代进一步全面深化改革要正确把握“三个更好相适应”的规律

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新时代的发展成就催生新质生产力、催生经济高质量发展、催生更加公平正义的社会。适应新时代的新要求,党的二十届三中全会从深层次理论根基上提出了推动生产关系和生产力、上层建筑和经济基础、国家治理和社会发展要更好相适应,揭示了中国式现代化的强大动力和制度保障。正确把握“三个更好相适应”的矛盾运动规律,探索推动新型生产关系和新质生产力更好相适应、上层建筑和经济基础与高质量发展更好相适应、国家治理和社会发展更好相适应以促进公平正义的有效路径,对加快推进中国式现代化具有重要意义。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which has given birth to new quality productive forces,high quality economic development,and a more fair and just society.At the same time,the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote better adaptation of production relations and productivity,superstructure and economic foundation,national governance and social development,and provide strong impetus and institutional guarantee for Chinese path to modernization.It is of great significance to speed up Chinese path to modernization to correctly grasp the law of the movement of the contradiction of“three better adaptations”and explore effective ways to promote the better adaptation of production relations and productivity,the better adaptation of superstructure and economic foundation,and the better adaptation of national governance and social development.
