摘 要:探索Carlson模型、正电子发射计算机断层扫描/计算机断层成像(Positron Emission Tomography/Computed Tomography,PET/CT)模型、Hoffman 3D脑模型中^(223)Ra单光子发射计算机断层扫描/计算机断层成像(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography/Computed Tomography,SPECT/CT)成像参数的条件。在研究中,对Carlson模型、PET/CT模型、Hoffman 3D脑模型进行GE NM/CT 670 ES质量控制测试,并获取三种模型的质量控制标准图像,然后对这三种模型进行^(223)Ra SPECT/CT成像检查,将获得的图像与质量控制标准图像进行对比。研究结果显示:^(223)Ra SPECT/CT可以进行断层显像。Carlson模型^(223)Ra SPECT/CT图像线性尚可、均匀性一般,热区分辨率和冷区分辨率均为22.3 mm;PET/CT模型^(223)Ra SPECT/CT图像尚可,横断面、冠状面、矢状面图像融合匹配度及衰减校正离散度等指标与^(99)Tcm SPECT/CT质控图像有一定的差距;Hoffman脑模型^(223)Ra SPECT/CT图像显示脑沟回、基底节核团欠清晰,需要继续提高图像质量。实验结果表明:^(223)Ra SPECT/CT显像质量尚可,证明^(223)Ra SPECT/CT可在临床上对患者进行显像,但为了得到质量更好的图像,具体的显像参数条件还需要进一步探索。[Background]^(223)Ra SPECT/CT(Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography/Computed Tomography)imaging provides critical information for evaluating the efficacy of bone-targeted radiotherapy in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer(mCRPC).[Purpose]This study aims to explore the optimal imaging parameters for^(223)Ra SPECT/CT using three standard phantoms:the Carlson model,PET/CT model,and Hoffman 3D brain model.[Methods]Firstly,quality control tests were performed on all three phantoms using a GE NM/CT 670 ES system with^(99)Tcm to establish standard reference images.Then,^(223)Ra SPECT/CT imaging was conducted by injecting 3.7 MBq of^(223)RaCl2 into each phantom,with acquisition parameters set at 84 keV and 140 keV energy peaks with 10%windows,using both LEHP and HEGP collimators,and acquisition times ranging from 30 min to 100 min.Finally,image reconstruction was performed using Butterworth filters(fc=0.48,p=10)and three-dimensional ordered subset expectation maximization(3D OSEM)algorithms with 5 subsets and 10 iterations,followed by qualitative assessment of image quality by two experienced nuclear medicine physicians.[Results]The^(223)Ra SPECT/CT images acquired with HEGP collimators demonstrate significantly better resolution and contrast compared to those with LEHP collimators.In the Carlson model,the minimum detectable hot and cold zone diameters are both 22.3 mm,with acceptable linearity but suboptimal uniformity.PET/CT model^(223)Ra SPECT/CT images are acceptable,but there are certain differences between the transverse,coronal,and sagittal image fusion matching degree and attenuation correction dispersion index compared to the^(99)Tcm SPECT/CT quality control images.The Hoffman brain phantom^(223)Ra SPECT/CT images show less distinct brain sulci,gyri,and basal ganglia nuclear groups,indicating a need to further improve image quality.[Conclusions]^(223)Ra SPECT/CT imaging is feasible for clinical applications,with optimal parameters including an 84 keV±20%energy window and HEGP col
