摘 要:针对无缝钢管水淬过程中存在的质量问题,研发了兼具感知、分析、决策、执行功能的水淬智能制造系统。经多专业融合形成智能制造方案,感知层用多传感技术获可靠参数与设备状态,分析层建模型寻优并智能识别缺陷,控制层以PLC为核心结合相关技术实现集中管理。开发工艺优化系统并完成联调联试与迭代优化。该系统实现了从原料、工艺、装备、产品到管理的全流程数字化集成与智能化协同,大幅提升了水淬生产的自动化和信息化水平。在国内某企业应用后,淬火装置运行稳定,提升3.4%的成材率。to address quality issues in the water quenching process of seamless steel pipes,a water quenching intelligent manufacturing system with sensing,analysis,decision-making,and execution functions was developed.Through the integration of multiple specialties,an intelligent manufacturing solution is formed.The perception layer uses multi-sensor technology to obtain reliable parameters and equipment status,the analysis layer build models to optimize and intelligently identify defects.The control layer uses PLC as the core and combines relevant technologies to achieve centralized management.This article develops a process optimization system and completes joint debugging,testing,and iterative optimization.The system achieved the full-process digital integration and intelligent collaboration from raw materials,processes,equipment,products to management,greatly improving the automation and informatization level of water quenching production.After being applied in a domestic enterprise,the quenching device operated stably and increased the yield by 3.4%.
