摘  要:薄壁厚嘴高压气瓶内胆有效解决了传统气瓶内胆瓶口区不能整体成形的难题,且其瓶口和瓶身壁厚的巨大差异可以有效提高气瓶的安全可靠性和轻便性。采用数值模拟和实验相结合的方法,建立了薄壁厚嘴无缝气瓶内胆的收口旋压的有限元模型,对收口旋压成形过程中瓶口区的等效应力应变分布规律进行研究;探讨了不同工艺参数对气瓶内胆瓶口区的增厚系数和平均圆度误差的影响;最后通过实验与仿真结果的对比,验证了仿真模型的准确性。The thin-walled thick nozzle high-pressure gas cylinder liner effectively solves the problem that the bottle nozzle region of the traditional gas cylinder liner cannot be shaped as a whole,and the huge difference between the wall thicknesses of the bottle nozzle and the bottle body can effectively improve the safety,reliability and lightness of the gas cylinder.A finite element model of neck-spinning of thin-walled thick nozzle seamless gas cylinder liners is established by combining numerical simulation and experiment,and the equivalent stress and strain distribution law of neck-spinning in the process of neck-spinning is investigated;the effects of different process parameters on the thickening coefficient of the bottle nozzle region of the liner and the average roundness error are also discussed;and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by the comparison of experimental and simulation results.
