微创针刀镜联合达标治疗对痛风性关节炎患者的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨微创针刀镜联合达标治疗对痛风性关节炎患者的疗效。方法收集痛风性关节炎患者100例为研究对象,按照电脑随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予药物治疗,观察组给予微创针刀镜联合达标治疗。对比两组膝关节恢复质量[Lysholm膝关节功能评分、西安大略麦克斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分]及治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组Lysholm膝关节功能评分及WOMAC评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组Lysholm膝关节功能评分(86.13±4.56)分高于对照组的(73.21±4.32)分,WOMAC评分(25.13±2.14)分低于对照组的(45.67±2.52)分(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论对痛风性关节炎患者实施微创针刀镜联合达标治疗具有较好的效果,膝关节功能可改善,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the efficacy of minimally invasive needle knife combined with treat-to-target treatment in patients with gouty arthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with gouty arthritis were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group by computer random grouping method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received drug treatment,while the observation group received minimally invasive needle knife combined with treat-to-target treatment.The quality of knee recovery[Lysholm knee function score,Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC)score]and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no statistical difference in Lysholm knee function score and WOMAC score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher Lysholm knee function score of(86.13±4.56)points than(73.21±4.32)points in the control group,and lower WOMAC score of(25.13±2.14)points than(45.67±2.52)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive needle knife combined with treat-to-target treatment has good efficacy in patients with gouty arthritis,and can improve the knee function,which contains clinical promotion value.
