腰椎间盘突出症术后疼痛患者予以双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)术后疼痛患者予以双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗的效果。方法选取50例腰椎间盘突出症术后疼痛患者,按数字随机分组法将患者分为对照组(25例)、观察组(25例)。对照组予以常规腰痛宁胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加入双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后疼痛程度、腰部功能障碍情况、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组VAS评分(1.68±0.31)分显著低于对照组的(2.97±0.42)分(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于本组治疗前,且观察组ODI评分(12.38±1.63)分低于对照组的(18.29±2.25)分(P<0.05)。观察组治疗优良率96.00%显著高于对照组的76.00%(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论腰椎间盘突出症术后疼痛患者予以双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗具有良好的效果,安全性和有效性均较高。Objective To explore the effect of diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets on postoperative pain in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods 50 patients with postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation were selected and divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to numerical randomization method.The control group was treated with conventional Yaotongning capsule,and the observation group was treated with diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablet on the basis of the control group.The pain severity and lumbar dysfunction before and after treatment,therapeutic effect and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had a significantly lower VAS score of(1.68±0.31)points than(2.97±0.42)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Oswestry Dysfunction Index(ODI)score in both groups were lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had a lower ODI score of(12.38±1.63)points than(18.29±2.25)points in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent treatment rate of 96.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 76.00%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Diclofenac sodium sustained-release tablets are effective in the treatment of postoperative pain of lumbar disc herniation,and it has high safety and efficacy.
