升麻桂枝合半夏泻心汤加减治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨复发性口腔溃疡患者应用升麻桂枝合半夏泻心汤加减治疗的效果。方法60例复发性口腔溃疡患者,根据随机数字表法分为观察组、对照组,各30例。观察组患者实施升麻桂枝合半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组患者实施常规药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分]、炎症因子指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平、生活质量。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.67%)与对照组(73.33%)相比更高(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分(4.38±2.07)分与对照组的(6.12±3.18)分相比更低(P<0.05)。观察组IL-6、TNF-α、CRP水平分别为(8.27±2.84)ng/L、(9.63±2.42)ng/L、(6.26±0.74)mg/L,与对照组的(11.43±3.47)ng/L、(12.25±2.51)ng/L、(8.39±0.81)mg/L相比更低(P<0.05)。观察组心理功能评分、物质生活状态评分、社会功能评分分别为(80.16±4.28)、(81.28±4.61)、(80.13±3.24)分,与对照组的(71.37±4.64)、(72.13±4.62)、(70.92±3.13)分相比更高(P<0.05)。结论升麻桂枝合半夏泻心汤治疗复发性口腔溃疡患者的效果更好,症状得到更好的改善,且疼痛情况得到缓解,炎性反应明显降低,生活质量随之提升,值得被临床应用推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Shengma Guizhi and Banxia Xiexin Decoction on recurrent oral ulcer.Methods 60 patients with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Shengma Guizhi and Banxia Xiexin Decoction,control group was treated with conventional drugs.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,pain score[visual analogue scale(VAS)score],inflammatory factor index[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)]level and quality of life.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).VAS score of(4.38±2.07)points in the observation group was lower than(6.12±3.18)points in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-αand CRP in the observation group were(8.27±2.84)ng/L,(9.63±2.42)ng/L and(6.26±0.74)mg/L,which were lower than(11.43±3.47)ng/L,(12.25±2.51)ng/L and(8.39±0.81)mg/L in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of psychological function,material life status and social function of the observation group were(80.16±4.28),(81.28±4.61)and(80.13±3.24)points,which were higher than(71.37±4.64),(72.13±4.62)and(70.92±3.13)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shengma Guizhi and Banxia Xiexin Decoction has a better effect in the treatment of patients with recurrent oral ulcer,the symptoms of the patients have been improved,the pain sensation has been relieved,the inflammatory reactions have been reduced,and the quality of life has been improved.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
