摘　　要：坚持党的领导、统一战线、协商民主有机结合是党的二十大报告的重要论断,并在党的二十届三中全会中得到深化,成为新时代推进中国特色社会主义民主政治建设的题中之义。事实证明,坚持党的领导、统一战线、协商民主有机结合具有缜密的内在逻辑,并通过其历史逻辑、理论逻辑和实践逻辑得到充分展现。就其历史逻辑而言,三者有机结合开显了统一战线何以在从民主联合战线、工农民主统一战线、抗日民族统一战线、人民民主统一战线到爱国统一战线的嬗变中持续发挥重要法宝之效。就其理论逻辑而言,三者有机结合既从马克思主义民主政治理论寻得有力理论支撑,又从马克思主义统一战线理论觅得直接思想来源,还从中华优秀传统文化获得深厚文化根基。同时,以坚持中国共产党的领导为根本,以实现一致性与多样性有机统一为要求,以推进协商民主广泛多层制度化发展为路向,以拓展新的社会阶层人士参与途径为亮点,生动体现了新时代推进三者有机结合的实践逻辑。深入阐释三者有机结合的内在逻辑,既有利于深刻把握其演进脉络、致思理路与实践成效,又有利于构建中国特色社会主义民主政治话语体系,诠释中国式民主的真实性、广泛性与有效性,拓展人类政治文明新形态。The organic integration of Party leadership,the united front,and consultative democracy,first proposed as a cardinal principle in the report to the 20th CPC National Congress and further elaborated at the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee,constitutes the essence of advancing socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Historical evidence demonstrates that this trinity integration embodies rigorous internal logic manifested through its historical,theoretical,and practical dimensions.Historically,this integration reveals how the united front has maintained its status as a“magic weapon”through its evolution from the democratic united front,workers’and peasants’democratic united front,Anti-Japanese National United Front,people’s democratic united front,to the contemporary patriotic united front.Theoretically,it draws theoretical foundations from Marxist democratic political theory,direct ideological sources from Marxist united front theory,and cultural roots from China’s fine traditional culture.Practically,its implementation centers on four pillars:upholding CPC leadership as the political bedrock;balancing unity and diversity as operational guidance;advancing extensive,multilevel,institutionalized consultative democracy as the developmental path;and innovating engagement mechanisms for new social strata as a governance highlight.Thorough exposition of this integration’s internal logic serves dual purposes:deepening comprehension of its evolutionary trajectory,theoretical framework,and governance efficacy,while constructing a discourse system for socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.This not only validates the authenticity,inclusivity,and effectiveness of Chinese democracy but also contributes to enriching a new model of human political civilization.
