摘　　要：建设长期执政的马克思主义政党是新时代党的建设的政治定位,其目标就是建设一个信念过硬、政治过硬、责任过硬、能力过硬、作风过硬的马克思主义的大党强党。提出建设一个长期执政的党,是马克思主义的基本原则,是中国共产党长期思考的思想结晶,也是完成党的现实任务与实现远大目标的客观需要,因而是深化了对党的建设和执政规律性认识的重大成果。党的十八大以来,以习近平同志为核心的党中央深刻把握“人心向背”的兴亡规律,践行人民至上的执政宗旨,大力推进党的自我革命,抓紧解决作风与腐败这两个人民群众反映最强烈、对党的执政基础威胁最大的突出问题,找到了一条实现长期执政的成功道路。Building a long-term governing Marxist party is the political orientation of Party building in the new era,and its goal is to build a large and strong Marxist party with strong beliefs,strong political integrity,strong sense of responsibility,strong capabilities,and strong work styles.The proposal to build a long-term governing party is a basic principle of Marxism,a crystallization of the CPC’s long-term thinking,and an objective necessity to accomplish the Party’s realistic tasks and realize its ambitious goals,and thus a significant achievement in deepening the understanding of the regularity of Party building and governance.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC Central Committee,with Comrade XI Jinping at its core,has deeply grasped the law of rise and fall related to popular support,and practiced the people-first principle as its governing tenet.It has vigorously promoted the Party’s selfrevolution,focused on solving the two prominent problems that the people have most strongly reflected upon and that pose the greatest threat to the foundation of the Party’s governance,namely,undesirable work styles and corruption,and has found a successful path to achieve long-term governance.
