摘 要:对Ti_(x)ZrVNb合金在800℃进行不同时间的退火处理,研究其组织结构与性能稳定性。结果表明,经过800℃退火处理后,Ti_(x)ZrVNb合金均有相变发生,生成了富Ti的HCP相,TiZrVNb与Ti_(1.5)ZrVNb中生成V_(2)Zr化合物相。Ti元素抑制V_(2)Zr相生成,在Ti_(2)ZrVNb合金中未发现V_(2)Zr相。Ti_(x)ZrVNb合金强度对比铸造态略有下降,其中Ti_(1.5)ZrVNb合金经过退火处理后,具有良好的塑性,压缩变形率超过50%仍未发生断裂,具有最佳的热稳定性。The microstructure and property stability of Ti_(x)ZrVNb alloys after annealing at 800℃for different time were studied.The results show that after annealing at 800℃,phase transformation occurred in Ti_(x)ZrVNb alloys,and the Ti-rich HCP phase is formed.The V_(2)Zr compound phase is also formed in TiZrVNb and Ti_(1.5)ZrVNb.Due to the inhibition of Ti element on V_(2)Zr phase formation,No V_(2)Zr phase is formed in Ti_(2)ZrVNb alloy.After annealing treatment,the strength of Ti_(x)ZrVNb alloy decreases slightly compared with that of casting state.After annealing treatment,Ti_(1.5)ZrVNb alloy still has good plasticity,and does not fracture when the compression deformation rate is more than 50%,and has the best thermal stability.
