基板表面酸洗处理对7075/1070A铝合金固液铸轧复合的影响

摘  要:采用拉伸-剪切实验以及扫描电镜、能谱仪等表征手段,深入研究固态基板表面酸洗处理对7075/1070A铝合金固液铸轧复合过程和结合强度的影响规律及作用机理。结果表明,基板表面酸洗处理可有效去除7075铝合金固态基板表面的氧化物和杂质,随着酸洗用盐酸质量分数的增加,固态基板与液态铝的相容性提高,复合板的结合质量提高。使用质量分数为20%的盐酸酸洗处理后,基板表面沟槽均匀、纹理一致、导流作用增强,复合板的冶金结合效果好,氧含量达到3.63%,结合强度为65.8 MPa。In this paper,the influence of pickling on the solid-liquid cast-rolling process and the bonding strength of 7075/1070A aluminum alloy were studied by conducting a stretch-shear experiment,using scan-ning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS).The results indicate that the pickling treatment can effectively eliminate the oxides and impurities on the surface of the 7075 aluminum al-loy solid substrate.As the mass fraction of hydrochloric acid increases,the compatibility between the solid substrate and liquid aluminum is enhanced,and the bonding quality of the composite plate is improved.After hydrochloric acid pickling with a mass fraction of 20%,the grooves on the surface of the substrate are uni-form,the texture is consistent,the conductivity is strengthened,and metallurgical bonding between the com-posite plates is achieved.The oxygen content reaches 3.63%,and the bonding strength is 65.8 MPa.
