葡萄糖酸锌联合益生菌治疗病毒感染性腹泻患儿的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌联合益生菌治疗病毒感染性腹泻患儿的临床效果。方法选取2021年4月—2023年4月聊城市人民医院收治的病毒感染性腹泻患儿82例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各41例。对照组予以益生菌(双歧杆菌三联活菌散)治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合葡萄糖酸锌颗粒治疗,两组均持续治疗7 d。比较两组临床疗效、临床指标、免疫反应指标[免疫球蛋白(Ig)A、IgG、IgM]、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率高于对照组;观察组退热时间、止泻时间、止吐时间、大便形状正常时间及住院时间均短于对照组;治疗后,观察组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组,CRP、TNF-α、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌联合益生菌治疗病毒感染性腹泻患儿的效果显著,能够加快患儿临床症状缓解,改善血清Ig水平,减轻机体炎症反应,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Zinc Gluconate combined with Probiotics in the treatment of viral infectious diarrhea in children.Methods A total of 82 children with viral infectious diarrhea admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Probiotics(Bifidobacterium triple Viable Powder),and the observation group was treated with Zinc Gluconate Granules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The clinical efficacy,clinical indicators,immune response indicators[immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG,IgM],inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the antipyretic time,antidiarrheal time,antiemetic time,normal stool shape time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group;after treatment,the levels of IgA,IgG and IgM in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Zinc Gluconate combined with Probiotics is effective in the treatment of viral infectious diarrhea in children,accelerating the relief of clinical symptoms,improving serum Ig levels,reducing systemic inflammatory responses,and demonstrating high safety.
