加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠患者的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠患者的效果。方法选取2022年9月—2023年9月在武威市中医医院建档的56例异位妊娠患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各28例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗,连续给药7 d。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及血清指标。结果治疗7 d后,观察组的总有效率为100%,高于对照组的85.71%;观察组腹痛消失时间及阴道流血停止时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,两组β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)与孕酮水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味宫外孕Ⅱ号方在异位妊娠患者中应用,不仅能提高总体治疗效果,还能缩短腹痛消失时间和阴道流血停止时间,降低β-hCG与孕酮水平。Objective To analyze the effect of Modified Ectopic PregnancyⅡPrescription in the treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 56 patients with ectopic pregnancy who were registered in Wuwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Ectopic PregnancyⅡPrescription on the basis of the control group for 7 consecutive days.The clinical efficacy,the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms and serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 100%,which was higher than that of control group 85.71%;the time for abdominal pain to disappear and vaginal bleeding to stop in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the levels ofβ-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG)and progesterone in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Modified Ectopic PregnancyⅡPrescription in patients with ectopic pregnancy can not only improve the overall therapeutic effect,but also shorten the time of disappearance of abdominal pain and stop of vaginal bleeding,and reduce the levels ofβ-hCG and progesterone.
