摘　　要：甲状腺功能亢进症是一种以甲状腺激素分泌过多为特征的内分泌疾病,主要症状包括心悸、烦热、多汗和体重下降等。中医将甲状腺功能亢进症归于“瘿病”范畴,认为其病因涉及情志失调、饮食不节、体质因素及外邪侵袭,病机以“火”“痰”“瘀”为核心,伴气血阴阳失调。在治疗上,中医强调辨证论治,采用清热泻火、滋阴清热、化痰散结等方法,结合经典方剂如柴胡疏肝散、知柏地黄丸,并进行个性化加减调整。本文通过案例分析,验证了中医治疗甲状腺功能亢进症的有效性和优势,体现其整体调节、症状缓解与病情稳定的综合疗效。Hyperthyroidism is an endocrine disease characterized by excessive secretion of thyroid hormone.The main symptoms include palpitations,irritability,excessive sweating and weight loss.Chinese medicine classified hyperthyroidism as"gall disease"category,and thought that its etiology involved emotional disorders,improper diet,physical factors,external evil invasion,the pathogenesis of"fire""phlegm"and"stasis"as the core,accompanied by the imbalance of qi,blood and Yin and Yang.In the treatment,Chinese medicine emphasizes the treatment of syndrome differentiation,using the methods of clearing heat and clearing fire,nourishing Yin and clearing heat,resolving phlegm and dispersing,combined with classic prescriptions such as Chaihu Shugan Powder,Zhibai Dihuang Pill,and personalized adjustment.Through case analysis,this paper verifies the effectiveness and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of hyperthyroidism,and reflects its comprehensive efficacy of overall regulation,symptom relief and stable condition.
