中医针灸辅助治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨中医针灸辅助治疗颈椎小关节错缝的临床效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年7月沂源县鲁村中心卫生院收治的80例颈椎小关节错缝患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组40例。对照组予以西医牵引与制动治疗,观察组在其基础上实施中医针灸治疗。比较两组生活质量、临床效果和不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组躯体功能、社会功能和心理健康评分及总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中,两组不良反应发生率均较低,且两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医针灸辅助治疗颈椎小关节错缝可改善患者生活质量,提高临床效果,且无明显不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dislocation of small joint of cervical vertebrae.Methods A total of 80 patients with dislocation of small joint of cervical vertebrae admitted to Lucun Central Health Center of Yiyuan County from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine traction and braking,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group.The quality of life,clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of physical function,social function and mental health and the total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was low,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Acupuncture and moxibustion of traditional Chinese medicine in the adjuvant treatment of dislocation of small joint of cervical vertebrae can improve the quality of life of patients,improve the clinical effect,and have no obvious adverse reactions.
