精细化舒适护理在老年支气管扩张症患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化舒适护理在老年支气管扩张症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年12月—2023年12月天津市第一中心医院收治的95例老年支气管扩张症患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=49例)和对照组(n=46)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用精细化舒适护理。比较两组护理满意度、舒适状况和体温恢复正常时间。结果观察组体温恢复正常时间短于对照组,总舒适度和护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化舒适护理能够提高老年支气管扩张症患者舒适度和护理满意度,缩短其体温恢复正常时间。Objective To explore the effect of refined comfort nursing in elderly patients with bronchiectasis.Methods A total of 95 elderly patients with bronchiectasis admitted to Tianjin First Central Hospital from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rerefinedd comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,comfort and temperature to return to normal time of the two groups were compared.Results The temperature to return to normal time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and the total comfort level and total satisfaction of nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Refined comfort nursing can improve the comfort level and nursing satisfaction of elderly patients with bronchiectasis and shorten the time for their body temperature to return to normal.
