摘 要:目的探讨护理质量管理与提升策略在临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年3月聊城市第二人民医院收治的50例患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组实施常规护理管理,观察组实施护理质量管理与提升策略。比较两组不良事件发生率、护理质量及护理满意度。结果观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,病区管理、临床护理质量管理、护理安全管理评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理质量管理与提升策略能够有效降低临床不良事件发生率,提高临床护理质量和患者对护理的满意度,增强护理团队的工作效率和专业能力。Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality management and improvement strategy in clinical nursing.Methods A total of 50 patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 25 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the observation group implemented nursing quality management and improvement strategy.The incidence of adverse events,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of ward management,clinical nursing quality management,nursing safety management and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nursing quality management and improvement strategies can effectively reduce the incidence of clinical adverse events,improve the quality of clinical nursing and patients'satisfaction with nursing,and enhance the work efficiency and professional ability of nursing teams.
