临床护理路径下的优质护理对前列腺增生手术患者围手术期应激反应及胃肠功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径下的优质护理对前列腺增生手术患者围手术期应激反应及胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年3月金乡县人民医院收治的60例接受手术治疗的前列腺增生患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用临床护理路径下的优质护理。比较两组临床相关指标、围手术期指标、应激反应指标及胃肠功能恢复情况。结果手术结束和术后24 h时,观察组心率、收缩压、舒张压水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间及术后排气、排便时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组;术后24 h,观察组去甲肾上腺素、皮质醇、血管紧张素Ⅱ水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床护理路径下的优质护理能够减轻前列腺增生手术患者围手术期应激反应,促进胃肠功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing under clinical nursing pathway on perioperative stress response and gastrointestinal function recovery in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods A total of 60 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who received surgical treatment in Jinxiang People's Hospital from June 2021 to March 2023 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 30 patients in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received high quality nursing under the clinical nursing path.The clinical related indexes,perioperative indexes,stress response indexes and gastrointestinal function recovery were compared between the two groups.Results At the end of operation and 24 h after operation,the levels of heart rate,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,postoperative exhaust and defecation time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group;at 24 h after operation,the levels of norepinephrine,cortisol and angiotensin II in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The high quality nursing under the clinical nursing pathway can reduce the perioperative stress response of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.
