健康教育在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在小儿支气管肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月—2024年1月菏泽市中医医院收治的100例支气管肺炎患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用健康教育。比较两组症状缓解时间、住院时间、护理依从性、家长护理满意度、家长健康知识掌握度、肺功能指标及生活质量。结果观察组高热消退、咳嗽停止、肺部湿啰音消失、肺部恢复正常和住院时间均短于对照组,护理总依从性、家长护理总满意度、家长健康知识总掌握度均高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组用力肺活量、第1秒用力呼气容积、呼气流量峰值水平及肺部生活质量评定量表各维度评分均高于护理前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育能够缩短支气管肺炎患儿症状缓解时间和住院时间,改善肺功能,提升家长护理满意度和健康知识掌握度,提高患儿护理依从性和生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of health education in nursing of children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with bronchopneumonia treated in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received health education based on the control group.The time of symptom relief,hospital stay,nursing compliance,parents'satisfaction with nursing,parents'health knowledge,lung function index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The time of high fever subsided,cough stopped,lung moist rura disappeared,lung returned to normal and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total compliance of nursing,the total parents'satisfaction of nursing and the total mastery of parents'health knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of forced vital capacity,forced expiratory volume in one second,peak expiratory flow and the scores of each dimension of Lung Quality of Life Rating Scale in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Health education can shorten the time of symptom relief and hospital stay of children with bronchopneumonia,improve lung function,enhance parents'nursing satisfaction and health knowledge,and improve nursing compliance and quality of life of children.
