舒适护理在无痛消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在无痛消化内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月—2021年10月金乡县人民医院收治的90例行无痛消化内镜检查患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予舒适护理。比较两组焦虑情绪、舒适度、耐受度、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果观察组焦虑自评量表及耐受度评分、疼痛程度均低于对照组,普适性舒适状况问卷(GCQ)评分及护理总满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够缓解行无痛消化内镜检查患者的焦虑情绪和疼痛程度,提高其舒适度、耐受度和对护理的满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of comfort nursing in patients with painless digestive endoscopy.Methods A total of 90 patients with painless digestive endoscopy admitted to Jinxiang People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comfort nursing based on the control group.The anxiety,comfort level,tolerance,pain degree and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),tolerance score and pain degree of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the General Comfort Questionnaire(GCQ)score and total nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Comfort nursing can alleviate the anxiety and pain degree of patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy,and improve their comfort,tolerance and satisfaction with nursing.
