摘　　要：目的观察3C无菌包色彩制度在消毒供应中心器械管理中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—12月民航上海医院消毒供应中心消毒灭菌后的无菌包486件为研究对象,其中2023年7—12月的250件无菌包纳入观察组;2023年1—6月的236件无菌包纳入对照组。对照组采用常规无菌包管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上采用3C无菌包色彩制度。比较两组无菌包情况、无菌包管理质量评分及医疗器械操作使用与管理人员对无菌包使用满意度。结果观察组无菌包摆放规范率和临近效期(7 d内)无菌包使用率均高于对照组,管理人员检查无菌包耗时短于对照组,清洗质量、干燥质量、消毒质量、灭菌质量、包装质量和发放质量评分高于对照组;医疗器械操作使用与管理人员对无菌包完整性、无菌包易打开性、无菌包耐受性及适应性、无菌包质量评分和总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3C无菌包色彩制度在消毒供应中心器械管理中应用效果较好,可提高无菌包摆放规范率和临近效期无菌包使用率,提升无菌包管理质量和医疗器械操作使用与管理人员对无菌包使用满意度。Objective To observe the application effect of 3C sterile package color system in the equipment management of disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 486 sterile packages after disinfection and sterilization in the disinfection supply center of Shanghai Civil Aviation Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,of which 250 sterile packages from July to December 2023 were included in the observation group,and 236 sterile packages from January to June 2023 were included in the control group.The control group adopted the conventional sterile package management mode,and the observation group adopted the 3C sterile package color system on the basis of the control group.The sterile package situation,sterile package management quality score and medical device operation and management personnel's satisfaction with the use of sterile packages were compared between the two groups.Results The standard rate of sterile package placement and the utilization rate of sterile package in the near validity period(within 7 days)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the time for managers to check the sterile package was shorter than that in the control group;the scores of cleaning quality,drying quality,disinfection quality,sterilization quality,packaging quality and distribution quality were higher than those in the control group;the scores of sterile package integrity,easy opening of sterile package,tolerance and adaptability of sterile package,quality of sterile package and total score of sterile package in medical device operation and management personnel were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application effect of 3 C sterile package color system in the instrument management of disinfection supply center is better,which can improve the standard rate of sterile package placement and the utilization rate of sterile package in the near validity period,improve the quality of sterile packa
