摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是引起老年人大脑损伤的一种疾病。在进行药物开发的非临床研究阶段,建立合适的AD动物模型,对该病治疗药物的药效和作用机制的研究起着关键性作用。本文通过对AD动物模型造模方法和相关动物模型的应用进行综述,为非临床AD疾病药物的开发提供参考。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a disease that causes brain damage in elderly people.In the non-clinical research stage of drug development,establishing a suitable animal model of AD plays a crucial role in the efficacy study and mechanism of action of drugs for the treatment of this disease.This article reviews that the modeling methods of AD animal models and the applications of related animal models,providing reference for the development of non-clinical AD disease drugs.
