摘　　要：护理学硕士研究生作为提高临床护理质量、引领行业发展的主力军,其人文关怀综合素养不容忽视。本文通过综述护理学硕士研究生人文关怀的概念、研究内容、测评工具、影响因素、存在问题以及对未来的展望,以期为提升人才培养质量、优化护理学硕士研究生教育方案等方面提供参考依据。As the main force to improve the quality of clinical nursing care and lead the development of the course,master's degree nursing students should not be neglected in terms of their comprehensive humanistic care.This paper reviews the concept of humanistic care of nursing master's degree students,research content,assessment tools,influencing factors,problems,and future prospects,with a view to providing a reference basis for improving the quality of talent cultivation and optimizing the education program of nursing postgraduate students.
