改良部分拔甲术在嵌甲型甲沟炎急诊治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察改良部分拔甲术在嵌甲型甲沟炎急诊治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月黔西市重新镇卫生院收治的嵌甲型甲沟炎患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组43例。对照组采用常规拔甲术治疗,观察组采用改良部分拔甲术治疗。比较两组的治疗指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、炎症因子水平及临床疗效。结果观察组红肿消退时间、创面愈合时间短于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分及炎症因子水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用改良部分拔甲术治疗嵌甲型甲沟炎可有效缩短患者的康复进程,减轻疼痛程度及炎症反应,减少复发。Objective To explore the effect of modified partial nail avulsion in the emergency treatment of ingrown toenail.Methods A total of 86 patients with ingrown toenail treated at Chongxin Town Health Center of Qianxi City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into two groups using a random number table,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nail avulsion,while the observation group was treated with modified partial nail avulsion.The therapeutic index,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,inflammatory factor levels,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The time of swelling regression and wound healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the number of dressing changes was less than that in the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores and inflammatory levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of modified partial nail avulsion in the treatment of ingrown toenail can effectively shorten the patient's recovery process,reduce pain and inflammatory reactions,and lower the recurrence rate of the disease.
