腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取2020年3月—2023年3月周至县人民医院诊治的70例腹股沟疝患者,按照治疗方式不同分为观察组与对照组各35例。观察组给予腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗,对照组给予开放腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗,比较两组围手术期指标、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、并发症及血清白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平。结果观察组术后住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);术后12、24、36 h,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);术后14 d,观察组并发症总发生率及血清白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下腹股沟疝无张力修补术治疗腹股沟疝患者能够少创伤,减轻疼痛,降低并发症总发生率,并且能够有效抑制血清白细胞介素-6及C反应蛋白的释放。Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 70 patients with inguinal hernia treated at Zhouzhi County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023,the patients were divided into an observation group and a control group based on different treatment methods,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group underwent laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair,while the control group received open tension-free hernia repair,the perioperative indicators,Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores,complications,serum interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and C-reactive protein(CRP)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that in the control group(P<0.05);at 12,24,and 36 hours postoperatively,the VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);at 14 days postoperatively,the total incidence of complications,serum IL-6 levels,and CRP levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions Laparoscopic transabdominal preperitoneal inguinal hernia repair in the treatment of patients with inguinal hernia can reduce trauma,alleviate pain,decrease the incidence of complications,and effectively inhibit the release of serum IL-6 and CRP.
