摘　　要：总结1例肝硬化失代偿期并发食管胃静脉曲张破裂出血患者的护理经验,旨在为类似病例的护理实践提供参考,以提高护理质量及改善患者预后。患者病情危重且进展迅速,需多学科协作支持。本研究采用抢救室-急诊重症监护室一体化模式下多学科协作模式对患者进行干预,包括输血与止血再平衡的评估与管理、急性应激障碍危险因素的识别与干预、三腔二囊管置入的配合及用药护理、内镜及介入治疗的围术期护理以及安全护理。通过系统化护理干预,患者病情得到有效控制,未进一步恶化。This study summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with decompensated liver cirrhosis complicated by gastroesophageal variceal bleeding,aiming to provide a reference for nursing practices in similar cases to improve nursing quality and patient prognosis.The patient's condition was critical and progressed rapidly,requiring multidisciplinary collaboration.This study adopted a multidisciplinary collaboration model under the emergency room-emergency intensive care unit integrated model was used to intervene in patients,including the assessment and management of blood transfusion and hemostasis rebalance,identification and intervention of risk factors for acute stress disorder,cooperation in the placement of a three-lumen two-balloon tube and medication nursing,perioperative nursing for endoscopic and interventional treatments,and safety nursing.Through systematic nursing interventions,the patient's condition was effectively controlled without further deterioration.
