牛黄镇惊丸治疗小儿急性期高热惊厥的疗效及安全性探究

摘　　要：目的 探究牛黄镇惊丸治疗小儿急性期高热惊厥的疗效及安全性。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月晋中市中医院收治的58例急性期高热惊厥患儿,按照治疗方案不同分为观察组及对照组各29例。两组均行常规治疗,对照组予以地西泮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以牛黄镇惊丸治疗,两组均治疗3d。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、症状改善时间、神经因子、不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组,神志恢复时间、退热时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组高热、烦躁不宁、受惊后抽搐、惊跳惊叫、神志不清积分以及血清神经肽-Y(NPY)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 牛黄镇惊丸治疗小儿急性期高热惊厥具有良好的疗效,能促进患儿症状改善,调节神经因子表达,安全性较高。Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of Niuhuang Zhenjing Pills in the treatment of acute febrile convulsion in children.Methods A total of 58 children with acute febrile convulsion admitted to Jinzhong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment schemes,with 29 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment,the control group was given Diazepam,and the observation group was given Niuhuang Zhenjing Pills on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated for 3 days.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,symptom improvement time,nerve factor,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the recovery time and antipyretic time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of high fever,irritability,convulsion after convulsion,startling and screaming,and unconsciousness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of serum neuropeptide Y(NPY)and neuron specific enolase(NSE)in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Niuhuang Zhenjing Pills has good curative effect in the treatment of acute febrile convulsion in children,it can promote the improvement of symptoms,regulate the expression of nerve factors,and has high safety.
