摘　　要：目的 观察积极情绪(P)-投入(E)-人际关系(R)-意义(M)-成就(A)护理模式在乳腺癌失志患者围手术期的应用效果。方法 选取2023年6—12月遵义医科大学附属医院收治的60例乳腺癌失志患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用PERMA护理模式干预。比较两组复发恐惧及幸福感评分、生活质量及护理满意度。结果 护理后,研究组复发恐惧评分低于对照组,幸福感、社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能评分及护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PERMA护理模式能够有效提高乳腺癌失志患者的幸福感和生活质量,降低复发恐惧,提升其对护理的满意度。Objective To observe the effect of positive emotion(P)-engagement(E)relationships(R)-meaning(M)-accomplishment(A)nursing model in perioperative period of breast cancer patients with demoralization.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients with demoralization admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from June to December 2023 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 30 cases respectively by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received PERMA nursing intervention based on the control group.The recurrence fear and happiness scores,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the recurrence fear score of the study group was lower than before nursing,the scores of happiness,social function,psychological function,physical function and nursing satisfaction of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PERMA nursing model can effectively improve the well-being and quality of life of breast cancer patients with demoralization,reduce the fear of recurrence,and enhance their satisfaction with nursing.
