摘　　要：目的观察基于Orem自理理论的分阶段护理对口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术患者的影响。方法选取2020年12月—2022年11月中国科学院肿瘤医院山西医院头颈外科病区收治的74例口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组34例和观察组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于Orem自理理论的分阶段护理方案。比较两组患者术后舒适度,自我护理能力及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总舒适率高于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,观察组健康知识水平、自护概念、自护责任感和自护技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面部游离皮瓣移植术后采用基于Orem自理理论的分阶段护理可以提高患者舒适度与自我护理能力,减少并发症发生。Objective To observe the effect of staged nursing based on Orem self-care theory on patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial free flap transplantation.Methods From December 2020 to November 2022,a total of 74 patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial free flap transplantation from the head and neck surgery ward of Shanxi Hospital of Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were selected,they were divided into control group(34 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table method.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group added staged nursing based on Orem self-care theory on the basis of routine nursing measures.The postoperative comfort,self-care ability and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total comfort rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of health knowledge level,self-care concept,self-responsibility and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Staged nursing based on Orem self-care theory after oral and maxillofacial free flap transplantation can improve patients'comfort and self-care ability,and reduce the incidence of complications.
