摘　　要：目的观察连贯性健康教育结合护理质量改进护理干预在子宫肌瘤患者手术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年7月—2023年6月于靖西市妇幼保健院行手术治疗的200例子宫肌瘤患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用连贯性健康教育结合护理质量改进护理干预。比较两组胃肠功能恢复时间,心理状态,并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果观察组排气时间、排便时间均短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论连贯性健康教育结合护理质量改进护理干预在子宫肌瘤手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够促进胃肠功能恢复,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。Objective To observe the effect of continuous health education combined with nursing quality improvement nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients with uterine fibroids surgery admitted to Jingxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 100 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received continuous health education combined with nursing quality improvement nursing intervention.The gastrointestinal function recovery time,psychological state,complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The exhaust time and defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the scores of Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of continuous health education combined with nursing quality improvement nursing intervention in patients with uterine fibroids surgery is good,which can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function,improve anxiety and depression,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
