系统性护理模式在首次单采血小板献血者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察系统性护理模式在首次单采血小板献血者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年9—12月南京红十字血液中心捐献血小板的100例首次献血者,将2022年9—10月捐献血小板的50例首次献血者作为对照组,将2022年11—12月捐献血小板的50例首次献血者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施系统性护理模式。比较两组献血知识掌握情况、献血满意情况、不良反应发生率及负性情绪。结果观察组血小板作用知晓率及对本次献血满意率高于对照组,担心对身体健康有影响和对献血安全存在顾虑比例低于对照组,不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,两组负性情绪评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论系统性护理模式能够有效减轻首次单采血小板献血者的负性情绪,降低献血后不良反应总发生率,提高其对献血知识掌握程度和献血满意度。Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing mode in the first time monoclonal platelet donors.Methods A total of 100 cases of first time platelet donors from Nanjing Red Cross Blood Center from September to December 2022 were selected,50 cases of first time platelet donors from September to October 2022 were selected as control group,and 50 cases of first time platelet donors from November to December 2022 were selected as observation group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received systematic nursing mode based on the control group.The knowledge of blood donation,the satisfaction of blood donation,the incidence of adverse reactions and negative emotions were compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of platelet action and the satisfaction rate of blood donation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the proportion of worrying about the impact on health and the concern about blood donation safety were lower than those in the control group,and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);after nursing,the negative emotion scores in two groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Systematic nursing mode can effectively alleviate negative emotion of the first time monoclonal platelet donors,reduce the total incidence of adverse reactions after blood donation,and improve their knowledge and satisfaction with blood donation.
