摘　　要：目的分析基于业务流程再造(BPR)理论优化急救护理流程在急诊危重患者中的应用效果。方法选取2021年9—12月和2022年9—12月上海市嘉定区江桥医院急诊科收治的100例危重患者,将2021年9—12月流程优化前收治的50例患者设为对照组,将2022年9—12月流程优化后收治的50例患者设为观察组。对照组实施常规急救护理,观察组实施基于BPR理论优化急救护理流程。比较两组抢救成功率,急救反应时间,护理质量和医护满意度。结果观察组抢救成功率、护理质量和医护满意度评分均高于对照组,急诊科停留时间、落实相关检查时间、急救措施到位时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于BPR理论优化急救护理流程能够有效缩短急诊危重患者急救时间,提高抢救成功率和护理质量,提升医护满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of optimizing emergency nursing process based on business process reengineering(BPR)theory in emergency critically ill patients.Methods A total of 100 critically ill patients admitted to the Emergency Department of Jiangqiao Hospital of Shanghai Jiading District from September to December 2021 and from September to December 2022 were selected,50 patients before the process optimization from September to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 50 patients after the process optimization from September to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was given routine emergency nursing,and the observation group was given emergency nursing process optimized based on BPR theory.The success rate of rescue,first aid response time,nursing quality and medical satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The rescue success rate,nursing quality and medical satisfaction scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the stay time in the emergency department,the time to implement relevant examinations and the time to place emergency measures were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions Optimizing emergency nursing process based on BPR theory can effectively shorten the emergency time of emergency critically ill patients,improve the success rate of rescue and nursing quality,and enhance medical satisfaction.
