一对一孕期助产士模式在初产妇分娩护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察一对一孕期助产士模式在初产妇分娩护理中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2019年4月—2022年7月菏泽医学专科学校附属医院建档分娩的88例初产妇的临床资料,根据护理方法的不同分为研究组和对照组各44例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用一对一孕期助产士模式。比较两组产程时间,分娩方式,分娩后不良事件及负性情绪。结果研究组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、第三产程时间均短于对照组,自然分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率和分娩后不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组SDS、SAS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一对一孕期助产士模式能够缩短初产妇产程时间,缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高初产妇的自然分娩率,降低分娩后不良事件发生率。Objective To observe the application effect of one-to-one pregnancy midwife model in the delivery nursing of primipara.Methods The clinical data of 88 cases of primiparas who gave birth in the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from April 2019 to July 2022 were analyzed,and they were divided into study group and control group with 44 cases according to different nursing methods.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the research group was treated with one-to-one pregnancy midwife mode based on the control group.The labor time,mode of delivery,adverse events and negative emotions after delivery were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the natural delivery rate was higher than that in the control group,the cesarean section rate and the total incidence of adverse events after delivery were lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);before nursing,there was no significant difference in Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The one-to-one pregnancy midwife model in the delivery nursing of primipara can shorten the labor time,the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor,relieve anxiety and depression,improve the rate of natural delivery and reduce the incidence of adverse events after delivery.
