摘  要:目的观察同伴支持教育联合正念减压干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—11月聊城市人民医院收治的乳腺癌化疗患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(60例,采用常规护理)和观察组(60例,采用同伴支持教育联合正念减压干预)。比较两组疾病不确定感、癌因性疲乏及应对方式。结果护理前,两组中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)、修订版Piper疲乏量表(RPFS)、医学应对方式问卷(MCMQ)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理6个月后,两组MUIS各维度评分及总分、RPFS各维度评分及MCMQ屈服、回避评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,两组MCMQ面对评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论同伴支持教育联合正念减压干预在乳腺癌化疗患者中的应用效果较好,能够缓解患者癌因性疲乏,降低疾病不确定感,并帮助患者选择积极的应对方式。Objective To observe the application effect of peer support education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 120 breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from January to November 2023 were randomly divided into control group(60 cases with routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases with peer support education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention).The disease uncertainty,cancer-related fatigue and coping styles were compared between the two groups.Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in the scores of Chinese version of Mishel's Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS),Revised Piper Fatigue Scale(RPFS)and Medical Coping Style Questionnaire(MCMQ)between the two groups(P>0.05);after 6 months of nursing,the each dimension score and total score of the MUIS,the each dimension score of the RPFS,as well as the yielding and avoidance scores of MCMQ in both groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the facing score of MCMQ in both groups increased,and that in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of peer support education combined with mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy is effective,which can alleviate cancer-related fatigue,reduce disease uncertainty,and help patients choose positive coping styles.
